Board rules

These rules are disclosed to clarify the various responsibilities of all community members here on Common Rooms. They shall be adhered to by everyone to ensure that our board runs smoothly and provides a fun and productive experience for all of our community members and visitors.

    3. Please refrain from posting the same question in several forums. There is normally one forum which is most suitable in which to post your question. #
    4. Do not send private messages to any users asking for help. If you need help, make a new thread in the appropriate forum then the whole community can help and benefit. #
  3. Privacy and Confidentiality

    1. Respect the privacy of fellow members. #
    2. Do not share personal information without explicit consent. #
  4. Age Appropriate Content

    1. Ensure that all shared content is suitable for the community's age demographic. #
    2. Clearly define any age restrictions for participation. #
    3. Keep your content clean, not everyone wises to see crude images/videos. #
  5. No Spam / Advertising / Self-promote in the forums

    1. These forums define spam as unsolicited advertisement for goods, services and/or other web sites, or posts with little, or completely unrelated content. Do not spam the forums with links to your site or product, or try to self-promote your website, business or forums etc. #
    2. Spamming also includes sending private messages to a large number of different users. #
  6. Explicit Content Policy

    1. Establishing clear rules regarding Not Safe For Work (NSFW) content is crucial for maintaining a comfortable and respectful community environment. #
